Professional Experience

Chief Information Officer, First Horizon National Corp (formerly First Tennessee Bank)

Responsible for the application of technology to solve the business issues facing a $40 billion company. Managed an annual budget of $215 million.  Major lines of business include banking, mortgage, investments, merchant services and insurance.

Director of eBusiness Solutions, EScout.com, now known as WorldCommerce.com

Responsible for the identification and implementation for eBusiness solutions.

SVP of Systems Support and Development, UMB n.a. Bank

Managed the Systems function for all banking systems across all platforms – micros to mainframe. Responsibilities included the development and delivery of all electronic banking products.

SVP of Technology, Bank of Hawaii (Honolulu, HI)

Responsible for setting technical direction and managing the Systems Development functions.  Responsibility included systems throughout the U.S., Pacific Islands and Asia.  Managed a technical staff of 150 in multiple countries.  Served as a member of the Executive Management Committee.

Manager of Bank Systems, First Interstate Bank (Denver, CO)

Responsible for planning and implementation of technical systems.  P&L responsibility for electronic banking products and services.  P&L responsibility for the data services offered to correspondent banks.
