GLOBAL MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURER with high levels of field inventory and a need to improve service levels at hospitals. 

Reengineered the sales process by collaborating with sales, logistics and marketing to introduce handhelds, a portal, CRM and other tools to manage orders, inventory, pricing and selling materials. Improved service levels 12% and inventory turns 20% in a rapidly growing business.
Reengineered sales process by introducing handhelds to manage orders, record inventory movements and communicate pricing . Implemented sales force portal providing product and competitive data, literature, email and sales reporting. Added tools to track Residents, conduct etraining, track instruments and optimize inventory.  Advanced decision support reporting and analytics by consolidating global sales and inventory in an Oracle data warehouse.
