Exceptional skills establishing realistic performance objectives, matching competencies to task needs.  Highly effective in sophisticated environments with the ability to bring projects from concept through implementation.  Exceptional skill in focusing energies toward solutions and maturing IT organizations.

Focused in community involvement. Currently member of the Board of Directors for the Ronald MacDonald House at St. Jude in Memphis, TN. Currently, a Teaching Fellow at the University of Memphis where he frequently lectures in Enterprise Architecture, project management, the application of information technology to business problems, and risk management as well as other IT related topics.

Earned a Master’s Degree, Management Information Systems, Webster Marymount; a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, University of Puerto Rico.  Awarded the Distinguished Graduate Award for academic and leadership excellence out of a class of 800 USAF Officers at USAF’s Squadron Officer School. Bilingual: Spanish and English.
